Went and shot my first proper pictures with a tripod last night.

I realise the ISO was a bit too low with the cathedral, but it was set to AUTO ISO and I forgot

All processed in Lightroom 3 Beta.

What do you think ?

The cropping of the cathedral is a bit hit and miss, your cutting off essential parts like the spire and theres no context to the image (foreground elements) would probably look better in day light to be honest there.

Some of the images are also suffering from the wrong white balance setting.

Otherwise images are okay, do another batch and see how they come out?

Forgot to add I liked this one although a bit of airbrushing to darken the corners more might be nice...

Firstly - you're making me homesick and I love Truro.

Just to reiterate what's been said - White Balance on some of them needs to be tweaked. Getting the ISO to manual and then using it constructively will help you.
The composition of some shots are great, others are not so great. Read up on 'The Rule of Thirds'.

There is definitely some potential there mate, keep it up!
