C&C Tiberium Alliance, anyone playing it?

OK, so I got an invite to the beta from origin for this.. thinking it was going to be an RTS I thought I'd give it a go.

It turns out it's a browser based game that is intended to be played a bit like farmville, it's on going, and just requires attention now and then. It isn't really a PC game as it can apparently be played even from your phone.

So, is anyone playing it, or did you get bored of the resource limitations within about the first 20 mins?
 
lol, figured the same thing. I was almost hoping that when I shut the browser it would forget what I'd done. No luck though lol.

It's Play4Free, but it looks setup to almost require you to buy things in order to get on... and those prices are frankly extortionate. This is what really disturbs me about other games that are going to the P4F model (Like Planetside 2).
 
Just a recycled/reskinned version of EA's Lords of Ultima. Tried it for 10mins and left it well alone. Just more Pay to Play lameness.
 
I'm playing it since Friday. Trying to stick it out for a week then I can actually attack other people/get raped. Although I am getting bored...
 
I actually bought C&C 3 today as I was getting bored. £4.99 wasn't bad for it.. I'd rather pay that then spend it on a lame browser game that will likely see me get wiped out as soon as my shields go down lol.
