C&C3 blurry textures

Just fired this up on my 4870x2 (cat 8.10s) and the ground textures are blurry, have tried on other rezs and it is the same, dont matter what the settings are.
Works fine on the other rig (3870x2) but she is running 8.7s for some reason.
Does anyone else with 8.10s have same problem with this game.

check your mipmap detail level isnt set to High performance in the Ati driver settings, that can look blurry.
