C Drive Not in Boot Priority After System Changes

Hi there,

I recently selected Load Optimized Defaults in BIOS and as a result of this the C drive (SSD) is not selectable in Boot Priorty (though still boots through the boot menu).

I then updated the BIOS and the problem persists.

Any thoughts on what might be causing this or how to get around it are greatly appreciated.

Many thanks...

Because you've reseted "hard drive" priority.
Boot priority consist of groups, one of each has own booting queue. Find out hard drive group and select SSD as first in booting queue.
The same would be with RAID, if you reset CMOS, it stops being bootable, because it's not seen by PC, because RAID is not set up as default.
