Hi,
I created this a few years ago in Delphi just for fun and decided to convert it to C#:

Added a few things:
projected block position
Distortion shader to background so it looks less static
block fast drop
Added screen buttons for fast drop, block rotate, slice selection, sound on/off and start/pause.
