Most of those are in pdf format and uneditable, you would have to copy/redesign them yourself. I know they look awesome, but you should consider the line of work your applying for.

If you are applying for design work then these CV's would be perfect (however you should probably have a go at creating you own style). IF your applying for another line of work then it could be risky. It will be very dependent on whoever sees your CV first, people may not take it seriously. Again people may love it, its hard to say, but worth considering.

helium provides a very good answer, although it is possible to edit pdf, but your need some type of pdf unlocker; these typs of CV's are normally good for jobs mainly to do with design and creativity, other type of roles employers may look down on these type of cv's and favour a more structured approach.
