C2D E2180 (Full rig)

I'd like to build a full rig around this processor. Basically I'm looking to overclock it obviously to at least 2.4Ghz but preferably 3.0Ghz.

Recommend good mobo & ram for overclocking.
Recommend good CPU fan for overclocking.
Recommend good PSU for a C2D rig with 8800GTS card & 3xHD.

Does the old Antec Sonata Mark I (I think) provide good enough airflow and enough space for a C2D build? If not could you guys recommend a good case preferably black for say under £70.

I have a decent amount of knowledge when it comes to building a computer the one thing I've never done is overclock because I've never really worked on a tight budget.

I could probably pick out a lot of these things myself but I'd just like to get a few opinions from exerienced overclockers.

For the full tower, say £500 but I'd like to keep it as low as possilbe and work off a low end C2D overclocked.

Well how about an E7200 Wolfdale machine? Much never CPU, more cache and easy to overclock:

Slightly overbudget but you might not even need a DVD-RW drive so there's a few pennies saved right there. Although can't really find much info on your case so stuck an Antec 300 in there (have 900 with 3 extra 120mm fans in there and temps dropped right down).
