c2d mATX spec

hey guys looking for a c2d setup to go into a sugo sg01.

my budget is 500 quid and for this i need the following

mATX motherboard - something that can get a mild overclock on an e6300 *(also motherboard needs to take two pci cards, my wireless and tv card. i dont think i can squeeze in my soundcard as well on a matx board, have to live with onboard sound)
cpu - e6300
ram
gfx
hdd - decided on the 80gig samsung spinpoint for silence in mind.

will be used for gaming on 1440 by 900 monitor. nothing insane just hl2 mods and bf2 really.

Something like this is probably suitable, the motherboard isn't going to be massively overclockable but then no mATX motherboard is. The graphics card is good and you get 2gb of solid Ram.
