I am not really up to date with info on the new amd cpu's vs c2d's. So can anyone tell me what is better on each price bracket:

Budget
Mid Range
High end

Not looking to start a flame war just need someone to get me up to scratch. From what i can see AMD's solution for budget systems is better than c2d's budget processors, correct me if im wrong.

If you want a budget Intel CPU, look no further than these babies:

E1200
E2200
E5200

The first two CPUs I have used for two people for their new machines. They havent looked back since :D
I use to be a huge AMD fanboy, and was always slating Intel. But since I now own a Q6600 I can safely say that Intel are the boys right now. I still have other machines that run AMD but they are not used for gaming. Now I just cannot wait to get my Core i7 range in and then thats me set for like another 6mths to a year :D lol...
