C2D RAM speeds

I have a C2D 6400 running at stock, I've got 2x1gb OCZ running at 5300 speed can I add 2x1gb geil running at 6400 without issue. Or would it be best to remove the ocz and replace with 4x1gb of geil.

Its going to be run at stock for the moment.

Please can someone help!!!

If you are running at stock speed then it should work with 4 sticks no problem.
