C3 Stepping for 955/965 BE?

I just noticed this article http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/phenom-x4-965,2468-6.html , which say that the C3 stepping of 965 BE is potentially more overclockable at the same voltage. However those on sale at OcUK are marked as HDZ955FBGIBOX, http://products.amd.com/en-us/Deskt...2=&f3=&f4=&f5=&f6=&f7=&f8=&f9=&f10=&f11=&f12= , they are stepping C2, while the new one http://products.amd.com/en-us/Deskt...2=&f3=&f4=&f5=&f6=&f7=&f8=&f9=&f10=&f11=&f12= does not even have a *BOX number yet. So is there anyone who has seen a C3 stepping 955/965 BE on sale?

It's the "M" you want to be looking for at the end of the cpu's code.
This designates the C3 stepping.
