Has anyone else got a Thermaltake C33 Commander case? I've had nothing but issues with installing things but the latest is the MB screws don't fit into the standoffs. They're just spinning in place or getting jammed at odd angles. I'm convinced they are the wrong thread, especially as a different set seem to fit in contrast to what the manual says.
It lists the screws with handy pictures (apparently I can't upload the image) and a numerical count for each, so I'm definitely trying the ones listed as MB screws but seems it's the HDD screws that fit. Is this normal? Misprint? Will it do any harm if I use different screws?
According to the instructions there are;
Stand-Off #6-32 x 6mm (8) for PSU
Screw #6-32 x 6mm (21) for MB & 3.5"HDD
Screw M3 x 5mm (22) for 2.5"HDD/VGA stand
Screw T5 x 10mm (8) Fans
Looks like the M3s fit instead. Can I just carry on? Don't want to short anything out.
