You should get some good results with that. The CABNE and CAB2E are meant to be (correct me if I'm wrong here 
!) the best for overclocking - have a google.
You should be able to get 2.75 pretty easily, and probably quite a bit on top of that as well (it is possible to get 3.2 etc with watercooling).
Also, I'd take a look at the FAQ regarding your sig before an admin gives you a holiday.
