The royals should receive sweet FA from the taxpayer they are rich enough anyway, I for one cant wait to see this country become a republic and stop finding the biggest bunch of birth right fat cats!

On the first part utter nonsense. Hope you didn't mean it. But I do think the Cabinet saw the pluses in it for themselves when it happened.

Re the second part, I am not a republican. I do think the Monarchy has its benefits and I'd rather see that than another Politician as Head of State, who would cost us even more. I truly can't see Tourists flocking here to get a glimpse of President Blair, President Cameron or Princess Clegg.

Why do you want this country to lose hundreds of millions of pounds per year? We need all the money we can get at the moment. Throwing that much away for no reason is foolish.
