Cable Advice

Hi there,

Below are two photos of cables which I basically need connecting. I am not clever enough to understand what to search for on Amazon! Some advice on what it is I actually need would be great. Or indeed if it is possible. UK based.

The white one connects to the PC and the other to the PC screen. Got an improved PC now but the screen with it is rather small. The screen I want doesn't connect to the new PC I have. There just isn't a sizeable slot for it. The only way I can get around it is to try and connect these two cables together.

The screen itself is 15-pin. The space on the PC to connect is one of those 18+1 types.
