Cable Braiding

Hi,

I would really like to try and braid each individual cable so they look neat and tidy. (only ones on show ofc)

What kit do I need to turn a normal cable (4 pin molex for example)

e.g, Heat-shrink, Heat Gun, Braid.. do i need any special tools to take then pins out of the connectors and to put them back in?

personally i would practice on old cables - you dont want to ruin your psu on your first attempts, or even make some hideous braids and then you are stuck with them

anwyay - i;d suggest you get a cheap cable braiding kit and practice on some old cables

Yes I would try it on some cables old at first.

I have a Modular PSU so if anything does go wrong i can replace that cable.

Do OCUK sell these kits?
