cable conversion

any idea if its possible to convert hdmi or vga to SCART/composite?

I've got a friend who wants to connect his new pc to an old tv until he replaces it, but the PC only has those 2 outputs

never seen one but i would imagine vga-composite must be possible

quick google search shows there are ways of doing it, some are a bit pricey but there are boxes that give the correct connections
