Guys,

Just ordered all the stuff for my new 3570K build. I am using a Corsair 600T case. I've ordered 3 x 1.5m SATA cables for the DVD/RW, SSD and HDD. However, I am now thinking I should have ordered shorter cables. 1.5m seems quite long.

What is the best way to tidy these up?

I want it to look neat as the case has a window. Any other cable management tips would be appreciated.

Also, is there a danger of speed loss with a 1.5m cable?

Thanks

not at all... you won't lose any speed with a cable like that... the max length for a sata cable inside even the biggest cases is 30cm...

just hide the sata cable behind the motherboard tray as per usual, but use a couple of cable ties to keep them in place
