Cable Modding???

Hi guys
Alothough I've been building my own PCs for many years, I've NEVER attempted any kind of 'CABLE MODDING' and decided to have a go.
The only question I have so far that i've not found a definitive answer for is...
How to know exact;y what size sleeving for which AWG size in wires, especially when bundling several wires together, which I like the look of.

Any help appriciated.

Just seen this.
Can this REALLY mean it can be used for wires with wire sizes (OD) from1.7 to 7.8mm ???? Seems aaaaaaaawfly stretchy lol
