Cable pin removal help

Hi guys been trying to remove the cables and I've broken my removal tool trying to pull the cable out of the connector what am I doing wrong is it the cable or the tool I have a Jeantech 700w psu.

Decided to move my computer to my haf 932 build which has an EVGA g2 850w with braided cables
