i'm looking to connect a pc with 9800pro to a 32 lcd tv

the 9800pro has dvi out and the tv has dvi input

what lead do i need to join the two? i am confused with dvi-i and dvi-d

You can use any dvi cable. Dvi-i can support digital and analogue video while dvi-d can only support digital, since the card is outputting digital only it doesnt matter.
