Cable question!

Hi guys, quick question.

What would i call a cable that has a normal headphone connector on both ends?

Also, what would you call a cable that turns one speaker output into two? (The slightly fatter connector like the one you plug into an av port on a TV)?

Is it phono or something like that?

Extension. . 3.5mm Jack to 3.5mm Jack

Splitter?
