Cable router and "STRICT NAT"?

Trying to play Halo 3 online with a friend but the game comes up saying I have a STRICT NAT which won't let me play.

I've looked at bungies website and netgears, but tbh I don't know what I'm looking for.

The router is a Netgear RP614v4

are you trying to host a game? if so open the halo 3 port to your pc within the router
