Cable Router for Gaming+Downloads

Hi all

I'm in need of an excellent cable router with the best mix of ability to cope with multiple connections (I.e. BitTorrent), gaming and high transfer rates.

Basically the "best" cable router going for about £80+VAT.

Also a good wireless card to match it would be a nice recommendation!
