Afternoon all!

Im looking to upgrade my old Belkin N wireless router (Which works in tandem with my cable Virgin Modem) for something more new and modern. Im not sure whether to do a straight upgrade to the Virgin Super Hub (which i've not heard great things about) or just buy a completely new wireless router.

I have a budget of £100 (If I can spend less then GREAT!) and it needs to be able to run the following:
1 Xbox (Wired)
1 Xbox Wireless
3 Laptops
3 Smart phones
1 PC (Wired)

Thanks everyone!

Hi, I can't advise you on which router to buy but I can say that since I had a Virgin Superhub it has never worked well in "Superhub mode" and even the Virgin Engineer couldn't solve the problem. 3 Superhubs later I just use the Superhub in modem mode and use a separate wireless router with it so I wouldn't recommend your option to upgrade to it based on my experiences.

With your budget you probably can't go wrong with an Asus RT-N56U (about £80) for good wireless, and great overall performance.

If you're happy with the general performance of the router as a router, but need better wireless coverage you could probably get away with a cheap second router running as an access point (connected via a cable to the original router).
