i am confused, what do you need help with ? if its to tidy ur cables, that looks perfectly fine to me, very good job.
 
Yeah that looks pretty decent as long as it looks good on the other side, it doesn't really matter what it looks like on the back since no one will ever see it.
 
looks good to me, mine looks great from the front but it looks like spaghetti junction at the back :D
 
Sorry folks I was a bit tipsy when I posted this :o I was making a ( rather poor ) joke about needing help for being tidy.

I don't think I have ever bothered routing cables to the back like this before let alone tying them all up, they usually just get scruntched up into some space inside the case - my PCs hardly ever get the case sides fitted !!!

After sitting back and looking at my handy work I briefly wondered if I should go out and get some more black cable ties so I could make them all the same.

Early onset OCD ;)
 
Although you've done a very tidy job already, as it's all about aesthetics, black would be a better match for the case and most of the cables.
Personally I loosely tie them in groups around the back because I don't want it to be a major operation should I need to change something. My case sides are always on so nobody sees them anyway, so just as long as the cables in the main compartment are tidy I'm a happy bunny.
 
Looks good to me, but if you asked me to be picky i would say the only area of concern is P1.

I would run the risk of any of the solder bits getting bent and shorting out on each other.
If you catch my drift.

yeah, that worries me a bit too, I've seen a couple of examples where these plugs have melted when the PSU has sprung a fault and placing it there could take out the motherboard too.

Black ones look cooler :p

Is there not a cover for that access hole?
On my case I have a removable cover.
