Cable sleeving help

I am wanting to sleeve my own cables for my PC. Do overclockers sell any cable sleeves as I cannot find them?

MDPC-X are very well known and rated however are moving so out of business for a couple weeks/months so E22 are another good alternative who I'm going with.

Ok, So I want to sleeve my whole PC sleeving each individual cable. What size sleeving do I want to go with? I am going for a red build, should I go with red and black or red and white?
