Cable sleeving???

I feel like tyding my case with a bit of cable sleeving. most of it is going to go on my fans but i dont know what size i need. I need the size they use on sharkoon fans:

I will be very grateful for any tips on how to apply it properly. i know that you need to heat it up to apply but with what and what temperature?

A Heatgun used for paint stripping will do the trick. A hairdryer might work too but it will take longer.

ok thanks but what size do i need to sleeve 3pin fan wires? they do 1/8, 1/4 and 1/2.

Are you looking at heatshrink or sleeving? You won't need a heat source for sleeving, only the heatshrink...

Sleeving expands so 1/8" would be fine, the other shrinks so 1/4" should do the trick.

probably talking about heatshrink (sorry im not native english and its the first time im doing any (!!!) cable tiding in my case). is heatshrink the one that you pull over a cable then apply some moderate heat and it contracts to fit the cable diameter?
