Caceres and Cuenca, Spain. Any tips?

I'm off to both places for a few days at the end of the week.

Anyone been? Any tips/ suggestions on what to do?

Depends on your interests, but there's some great hiking in the national park between Cuenca and Teruel.

Both seem pretty odd destinations i'll be honest
