I was wondering if anyone uses a software which can allow one person to monitor and manage someone else's diary/calendar but also allow the owner of the diary/calendar to manage there own as well . So it can sync with maybe there phone and desktop app.
I was thinking of using Google App Calender as I can see you can share your diary and see it all on one device or on-line and set up so my mail is controlled by Google with my own domain but seems a tad expensive. Looking for something that cheap to buy. It will prob only be used for 2-3 people at the moment. But needs to be easy and simple to manage and maintain.
