310x135 landing (width includes over top riser)

^ stairs are in line with hallway and there's only 4 of them so can I just use 440x135 for that measurement?

662x112 main stairs (widest area across winder)

How much carpet do I need? Do I need to order two separate bits or can I just get one roll?

Most carpet comes in 4m or 5m widths.
2m widths will make it easier for the fitter who may fit a couple of stairs at a time.

Without a cut plan, you should be fine with 6.7m x 4m which will give you quite a bit of excess (6.7 x 1.5m).

I've seen 3m widths but as they are not standard, they tend to cost a bit more and its a very limited selection.

And as mentioned, Cloud 9 underlay. I used that site for mine.
