I have a 450W Thermaltake PSU that sounds like a double decker bus. As it was a replacement that took 2 weeks to replace a blown Thermaltake, I want to buy another myself.
As this PC will stay on for long periods to supply archived DVD's to HTPC, I need a really quiet one.
PC contains M/B, CPU, 2 X HDD and Sound Card. What are the min. requirements allowing for another HDD.
Please recommend a guaranteed silent one please.
While I', about it can someone also tell me if there are limits to HDD size and how many drives a particular M/B can serve and whether XP also has any limits.
