The very first programmable device I bought was a TI84 calculator, this was back in 1980. The rain forest, for reasons known better to them than me, just spammed me with the modern day model. I know it's a trillion times more powerful, has a colour graphic display etc. but it's around twice the price of my purchase way back then. It's not often you seen technology that's more expensive than it's predecessors.

This is also another retro regret. I don't ever recall disposing of it but I've looked high and low and no idea where it is. I've got the manuals though!

That's the one, although the link they sent me was from a different seller.

I remember debugging a program I wrote on mine by using a radio to count the number of times the code went round a loop! Speed demon it was not.
