Calendar Sync (.ics) with WM (HD2)

My HTC HD2 arrived yesterday and I'm trying to work out how to sync the phone's calendar with my work calendars.

All the calendars are 'personally' run and so are stored as .ics files on my personal FTP and are also in Thunderbird/Lightning.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I'm failing to find anything with Google.

I dont have an HD2 but have you considered using google calendar (importing your ics files to google calendar then syncing with the HD2?

Although its probably possible to sync using your current setup - as is customised Im not sure if many people van help you on here - maybe try the windows forum?
