Calibrating monitors to look to the same?

I have a triple monitor (3 identical monitors bought at the same) ran off a Quatro card (I cant get details if needed) but all 3 are very slightly different in colours and brightness etc. Is there a way they can be calibrated to look the same? It appears all of the windows settings are the same for all 3.
