Hi,

I'm currently using three monitors on my system.

Dell U2711 1440p
2x Asus VE247H 1080p

Is it possible to get all 3 monitors correctly calibrated to use with photoshop, lightroom etc.

I also game on the Dell monitor so would that make games look weird? Is it possible to switch profiles back and forth?

Also what is the best hardware/software to get? I was looking at the Spyder4.

Spyder will do calibration matching (it'll try to get all your monitors to hit a specified point). I use a Spyder3 and it does the job very well though other options are available, I've heard good things about the i1Display Pro for example. They will all do a fairly decent job of matching profiles though, the only real difference is the quality of the sensors but they'll all do a better job than your eye.

Im looking into calibration myself atm.
I know that the Spyder 4 has good results over multiple screen setups.( although panel does matter, obviously)

I think with the dell, you setup a custom colour profile, and switch off auto adjust. Then select profiles as required. ( anecdotal reading)

To be honest even if one of your panels is totally worthless it'll be able to hit a useful colour temp and some common luminance and to the eye they'll look fairly good - if that's what you want. I usually just calibrate to same colour temp (6500k @2.0 gamma) and set the luminance to what each panel can hit.
