"Call failed. Not allowed."

I don't call premium rate lines from a mobile. That would be silly. In fact, if they're not barred, I'll ensure they are.

I did a turn off/take the battery out/clean the SIM contacts thing the morning after having all the problems, and it's behaved since, although I've only made one call. :confused:
