This problem is becoming rather annoying now. The phone simply rejects outgoing calls by showing Call Failed. I was low on credit a couple of days ago, I topped up with £10 yesterday and this "call failed" problem hasnt been fixed. Has anybody had this problem? Possible fixes?

Bring this thread back to life!! More of a reference to future Iphone users i guess. Went to O2, They replaced sim - Still call failed. Went to Carphone Warehouse - Unable to return etc sent me to Apple, Fantastic customer service. Sent me out an empty box packed full of information on returns and procedures etc, Send the iPhone back in the box and PP bag provided and it's either a replacement or a fix. Couldn’t ask for more really (apart from a fully functional iPhone), Apple have certainly gone up in my estimation, Excellent.
