this may sound silly buttt.
everything on your motherboard uses reasources rite ?

well what if u move everything to add on cards ? wouldnt u then therotically
increase performance ?

i mean move everything, usb, sata, kill the ide, nic. dont even use the ps2 ports for the kb and mouse.

hmmmm..... i wish i had a sata card i would try this.

doubt very much if you would get a performance increase as it will all have to go throught the chipset anyway as its all pci stuff
