call of duty 3???

is this title coming out for pc or is it xbox/xbox360 only?

Its console only I believe, The xbox 360 version is out and its great. Its also due out for the Wii, and I think its coming out for PS3

yea they gonna make a pc one in the next year i reckon, its gotta be different to first 2 tho, like a modern 1, or just summat different.

It'll only be a matter of time I'm guessing until a PC version turns up. I love my consoles but I think it's kind of a disgrace if this game is console only as it's PC gamers that got them guys with that game where they are. They should have made the PC version 1st so it can be at it's highest in deteail and so forth then ported to console where and detial can be lowered if needed. Which I'm sure the 360 and PS3 will have no problems with high detail.

I just hate console ports as it always lowers the standards of what a game could have become if it had have been created with the PC in mind first. I'm also intrested on how COD3 will be like on the Wii. I'm sure the detail will have to be lowered a lot but the new controls look like a blast.

its for 360/ps2

ps2 version will be out the 24th if i remember correctly

the PC version will be a completely different game, its gonna be a modern warfare one, but it wont be out for ages

Well i am pretty sure that COD3 is not made by Infinity Ward (the makers of COD1&2) but made by Treyarch, who handled previous console ports of the first games, so it is not really a disgrace. The license is handled by Activision anyway and it's their call who makes what under the COD franchise.

Apparently COD3 controls superbly on the Wii. The only problem with that is that it is gonna be SOOO easy if they don't tweak the AI from the other console versions where the aiming is gonna be as awful as ever.

im sure the console companies pay the publishing house money to hold back the release dates on games to improve the sale on the console
