Call of duty cold war Beta : Fatal Error 2-3 minutes into the game every time almost. ????

is anyone else getting these issues.
i played a few games previously on my system death stranding and mafia definitive edition and no issues.
then i tried out the beta of call of duty cold war and OMG almost every time i play i get a fatal error...

i thought it was my memory OC or cpu OC but i put both individually back to there defaults and still i get a fatal error in this game....

running 1080ti until my 3080 comes but seriously is anyone else have this problem :?????? is it a game issue or cpu issue or memory issue.....

Since all new games fail to work properly for at least the first few days or weeks after release, it's probably the fact that it's still in beta.
