Call of Duty

I know this is a long shot, but i really loved the first call of duty. Far better than the 2nd and 3rd. Is there such a thing as a hi res pack or something for it? i ave had a look but can't seem to find anything.
Or is it not really possibly because it uses the quake 3 engine?

I'd forgotten about that Fusion Pack add-on. Infact, it's just made re-install COD again along with that pack and it certainly makes difference over the stock game. Especially the the new weapon sounds. The early few levels where you have to take out the Flakpanzers during the airborne drop is amazing with the updated sounds.

The new high-res textures ain't bad too.
