Call of Juarez won't work with SM 3.0 on 1900xtx

When I set the graphics options up in COJ, it gets rainbow colours throughout the whole screen when I try to use SM 3.0. When I put it to SM 2.0, the game works fine.

Does anyone know what I can do to fix this?
