Call of Juarez

So what is the gameplay like? Looks like there is some sort of bullet time there. Also, what's with the two crosshairs? Can you aim each gun independently?

I am interested in this game as well. have been waiting for a good Western game to appear in a while. I loved Gun, pity it was too damm short and needed a bigger stage, like a GTA Western style game ;)
 
I really enjoyed the demo but I didn't like the performance, especially the horse riding section; I'm talking 10-20fps on an X1900XT! I'm hoping it was just an optimisation issue with the game or some driver problem.

You want to flick left, shoot, flick right shoot in that video, take him down much quicker :)

You get two crosshairs when you go into the 'bullet time' thing, they come together (like seen in the video) and left click shoots left gun, right click shoots right gun. So you can take down quite a few people in quick succession.

right click, save target as.

Yeah I know you can make the X-hairs move faster it was just for fraps that bit, to show afew friends the bullet time effect.

The game in itself is really cool, you play different episodes of the story in different characters perspectives, it makes a nice change to be in the wild west!
 
Been following this ones progress for a bit. I really enjoyed the last western game "Gun" so this might be a wee bit of a breath of fresh air again.

From what I can see, its release date in the UK is the 15th of this month.

Is there a demo available anywhere?.

PCG gave it a pretty good review this month, looks well interesting.
