Call Quality on BT Home Hub

I'm sure i read on one of the threads about these on here that it was possible to adjust the call quality for the VOIP line, can anyone point me in the right direction to do it?
 
i think BT told me that if you make a call to someone else who uses the same service with the same phone then it works in HD but not sure how true it is.
 
that's what all the bumff seems to say, but my boss says he's experiencing a lot of noise when ringing analogue lines from it
i'm sure there was somewhere to adjust the setting, mentioned in the original thread about them on here, but i think it's been deleted now
