Call stat monitoring

Hi all,

I am the techie in the office, we have 1 X ADSL line, and one normal BT line with one normal BT phone on each line along with a router and computers connected to the router. The boss wants to monitor the no. of abandoned calls, the time spent on each phone on the computer in his office etc. What's the cheapest or free option available? Thanks. :)

Well, we have this sort of stuff but using Aspect and Seagate.
(FAR more than you need)

We have a smaller client that uses software and hardware from Siemens.
Have a look at what they have to offer.
Their support is quite good, the software fairly good too.

I mainly deal with the Aspect/Seagate/Crystal Reports side though, so don't have much dealings with the smaller client.

budget ?

there are some fairly heavyweight packages being mentioned in this thread

and from what i can understand from the OP, he only wants to monitor the useage of 1 phone line.
