poor lulu! Funny though 
my mates sister does that to her dogs... they've got jumpers/coats etc...
who knows lol there is no way i would walk her with that on, and i dont think there is anyway she would let me walk her with that on, she has too much fashion sense 
When we first got her at 3 months old my nan knitted her a wooly jumper, to keep her warm cos it was feb

The second day I was in Moscow I saw a little dog with a rubber hat and coat on! looked really funny, unfortunately didn't have the camera with me at that time.

hehe, my mom has a bright yellow rain coat for the dog, it works even though the dog is imbaresed as anything by it
