It was only a matter of time really - but since I never get to watch these, are they often held in this country? If they were banned, would that also affect the screening of these fights?
I have to say the UFC/Pride fights interest me, but I often thing "ouch!", especially when people like Mauricio (Shogun?) Rua stamp on peoples' heads while they're on the floor. Surely that's gotta leave a mark.
I'm not in favour of a ban, because I think people have a choice, it's not like they're forced into the fight/ring - they know the risks.
However, it's not something I think I'd ever subject myself to, even though I'm a double-hard *******
