So if a car has had a major accident at some point, had panels replaced and welded in and been resprayed is it possible that the paint thickness readings over the whole car are between 110 and 70 microns? Or would a resprayed car always have a few areas that are way over that?

from what I've seen resprayed panels are usually much higher.. like think factory 200 microns and resprayed 400-500+ but it depends how it was done and by who I guess..
