Calling all Ipod users

I've been looking for a MP3 player with over 1GB of storage and not for one second did I consider an Ipod, mainly because it's not drag and drop, but I can get a refurbished 2gb Nano for £65 and now I'm really swaying towards one.

I only need to know how the sound quality is and how easy it is to add tracks to it.

I was about to buy this until I was told I needed a damn USB stick at college. Now the ipod is a big no unless I can store data on it and just drag and drop like my old Iriver H140.

Basically I'm looking for a smaller iriver H140 if I think about it.

Is that the same with all ipods because someone I know who had a video ipod said he couldn't do it.

So you have to have itunes intall to use disc mode then?
